Artwork
For optimal results, we ask that you submit vector images exclusively as artwork. Any non-vector files, such as jpeg will incur a fee. *Our vector fees start at $10 and can go upward to $50 depending on this image. Please note that we do not provide in-depth graphic design artwork services internally but we can outsource this service or suggest you connect with a graphic designer to create your image. If we provide the design through freelance you must pay a fee upfront which will be separate from the overall pricing. Ensure your artwork is in the vector format to streamline the customization process.
Mockup and Approval
Duggan Printing furnishes our customers with detailed mockups of all apparel so that you have the best idea of what you will be receiving. Once your artwork and quote are approved, we set up your payment schedule and move into production.
*Please note that mockups are provided only for apparel orders above 15. Drinkware will not be mocked up. Instead, you provide your logo and tell us the placement and production will be started after payment. This makes the process faster and allows us to focus on other administrative work.
Make it happen!
Once production is complete, we will either ship, or hand deliver, (depending on mileage) your merchandise or apparel to you. We take pride in your approval of the final product, so we stay in contact with you after delivery to ensure you are satisfied. Our general turnaround time is 20 days, taking into account factors like order complexity and size. However, for a more accurate estimate based on the current workload and other orders in the queue, please reach out to us directly. We are committed to providing transparent and timely information to meet your expectations. What makes us different ? Well we love to promote your business as well! Bit of a revamp
We’ve downsized our services to focus exclusively DTF (Direct to Film) embroidery, hat customization, drinkware, and some promo items. Also, have changed some of our minimums. Please note that we no longer offer embroidery under 15 pieces. Most promo items do have minimums please reach out with an item from our catalog and we can let you know what it is.
